Thank you very much.  Very clear, very helpful.
Not to raise an obsolete bogeyman, but it seems clear that industrial and commercial re-investment needs will be substantial if the economy is to recover.  Operating costs seem likely to rise substantially throughout.
It would be interesting to hear a session like this on the prospects for inflationary pressures building substantially as the Bank of Canada continues massive increases in the money supply.  How might tax and expenditure policy have to respond?

Yes , Governments can die and will do once their unbrideled printing of money (MMT) makes their Fiat currency worthless!. See Nazi Germany and many others! Then a new nation and currency is born.
